1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between maeg888 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Member", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the services provided through the website located at https://maeg888.cam and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised interfaces.

• "MYR" / "RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the native currency of the Platform.
• "Restricted Territory" — any country, region, or jurisdiction from which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited under applicable law.

3. Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register an Account and use the services of maeg888, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times while your Account remains active:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. maeg888 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years for all Members, in line with internationally recognised responsible gambling standards. Proof of age will be required during the KYC verification process.
2. You are accessing the Platform as a natural person acting in your own individual capacity, and not on behalf of any corporate entity, agency, or third party.

4. You have not previously had an Account suspended, terminated, or closed by maeg888 for any breach of these Terms.

maeg888 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, including where eligibility conditions are not satisfied or where information provided during registration appears inaccurate or incomplete.

4. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

4.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and email address. You must notify maeg888 promptly of any changes to the information provided.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account with, or allow access to, any third party. maeg888 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.

4.3 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal, maeg888 requires completion of its KYC verification process. You will be required to submit a clear copy of a valid government-issued identity document (Malaysian IC or passport) and, in some circumstances, proof of address and proof of payment method. KYC review typically completes within 30–60 minutes during standard operating hours.

5. Terms of Use

5.1 Permitted Use

The Platform is made available for personal entertainment purposes only. You may access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of participating in the gaming and betting activities offered thereon, subject to these Terms.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other non-human tools to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical glitches for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such activity will be voided.

• Registering multiple accounts or using accounts held by third parties.
• Accessing the Platform from any Restricted Territory using VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

maeg888 supports deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following verified Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, and AmBank. Cryptocurrency deposits are also supported in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB.

6.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts

The minimum deposit for most payment channels is RM30, rising to RM50 when claiming a welcome bonus. Cryptocurrency deposits carry a minimum equivalent of MYR 30. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times are estimated as follows for fully KYC-verified accounts with no pending wagering requirements:

6.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed where: (a) the Member's KYC verification is complete; (b) any applicable Wagering Requirements attached to Bonus funds have been fully satisfied; (c) the requested withdrawal amount does not exceed applicable daily or weekly withdrawal limits for the Member's account tier; and (d) the Account is in good standing with no open disputes, investigations, or compliance holds.

6.5 Currency

All balances, transactions, bonuses, and winnings are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction confirmation. maeg888 is not responsible for fluctuations in cryptocurrency value.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers made available on the Platform are subject to their individual terms and conditions, including applicable Wagering Requirements. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.2 Welcome Bonuses

maeg888 offers multiple welcome bonus options to new Members upon their first qualifying deposit. The principal welcome offers currently available include:

7.3 Wagering Requirements

Wagering Requirements must be completed before any Bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The Wagering Requirement is calculated as the Bonus amount multiplied by the applicable multiplier (e.g., a RM100 bonus with a 35x requirement must be wagered a total of RM3,500 before withdrawal). Wagers that are voided, reversed, or placed on excluded game categories do not count toward Wagering Requirements.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

maeg888 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets designed to meet Wagering Requirements without genuine exposure to loss; exploiting the same promotion through multiple accounts; and systematic arbitrage strategies using bonus funds. maeg888 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close the accounts of Members found to have engaged in bonus abuse.

7.5 Birthday Bonus & Referral Programme

Birthday bonuses are credited automatically in the Member's birthday month, subject to account verification and active tier status. Referral bonuses are payable when a referred individual completes registration, KYC verification, and makes their first qualifying deposit. Both the referrer and the referred Member must maintain accounts in good standing to receive referral rewards.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

All casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, and lottery products available on the Platform operate in accordance with game-specific rules published within each game interface or betting market. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules applicable to each game or market before participation.

8.1 Sports Betting

8.3 Maximum Winnings

9. Responsible Gambling

11. Limitation of Liability

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services;

• Any third-party payment processing delays or failures;
• Any actions taken by maeg888 in good faith to enforce these Terms.

maeg888's aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

maeg888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — and to void any associated bets, bonuses, or pending transactions — where the Platform has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Member's Account activity indicates fraudulent, abusive, or collusive behaviour;
• The Member has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• The Member is accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory;
• The Account is being used in a manner inconsistent with lawful personal entertainment;
• Continued operation of the Account poses a compliance, regulatory, or reputational risk to the Platform.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than breach of Terms, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method following completion of required compliance checks. Balances arising from Prohibited Conduct or bonus abuse will be forfeited.

13. Amendments to These Terms

maeg888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be given to active Members via the Platform interface or registered email address. Continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming and commercial law principles. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution.

Nothing in this clause shall limit maeg888's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in connection with any actual or threatened breach of intellectual property rights or Prohibited Conduct provisions.
